EPITOME´s VOL 2 is the second part of a series of original minimalism that  resumes and exposes the most esential works of several artists that opens the sound and arquitecture spectrum of the label. In this volume we have gathered Johan Skugge and Pep GayaJohan skugge who have been related to andreas tilliander, mikael stavostrand and jay jay johanson in projects like bulgur brother creates amazing dubby and glitchy atmospheres that are combined with sutile rhythm structures. His great productions have been released in labels like karat, onitor, source, sunset, mitek and he is right now one of the most relevant  figures coming our from the wellknown swedish electronic music scene.klitekture´s discovery Pep Gaya is one of the most talented artists coming from spain lately, his latest work on klitekture have received numerous support from well know artists like Ellen Allien who charted and played on a London radio show his track dragon soup remixed by LOD (extracted from klitekture number 07) to present her upcoming Fabric cd mix. Pep Gaya is the artist in charge of closing these series of different styles making the darker and deeper sounds from the release. Darker is a long hypnotic track with very minimal beats that grows on you until you reach the climax of good dark and deep minimal click techno . Scubby Dub is a sonic beatless track that shows the most experimental and electronic side of the label review

vital weekly: Another new and much much more interesting, because of the better presence of the dance spirit, release on Klitekture is 'Epitome', a compilation or a split between 5 artists, 'cause 3 of them are featured with 2 tracks. It opens with Andreas Tilliander now aka Lowfour, showcasing his dance disco side with a great 4/floor track 'Perfect Manner'. Enough Tilliander ambience for Type or Cubic Fabric, the world needs more Lowfour music, maybe a full-length for Force Inc/Tracks? The second track is by Lod aka Luis Ortiz who runs the label Klitekture. It's a great micro-dance track with housey rhythm, which is dominant on the whole release. Lod's track might remind someone of Antonelli Electric's production. Then on 'Epitome' there are 2 amazing tracks by the wonderboy Tomas Jirku, continuing with his more dancey music like'Sequins', this time more fasten up. Sounds excellent, done with a profound sense for this music. The other 2 artists featured with 2 tracks are Johan Skugge and Pep Gaya. Johan Skugge's both tracks perfectly join the dance techno-house minimalism that sounds excellent and very fresh on this whole release. Pep Gaya calms down the atmosphere at the end. This Klitekture release is worth checking out and recommended! (BR)
